Register Epiphyllum Cultivar
Read the Guidelines prior to registering your hybrid.
Do not use any registration form dated before 2017! Always use the latest version found on this page.
To register your new hybrid epiphyllum cultivar, do either of the following
- Option 1: Fillable PDF
Fill out the Form Enabled Registration Form and email it along with the required PHOTOGRAPH of your new hybrid, back to: epiphyllumregistry@gmail.com
Option 2: Hard Copy
- Print, complete and mail the Registration Form along with the required PHOTOGRAPH of your new hybrid, to: Beth Jackson, Registrar 5931 Seacrest View Rd San Diego CA 92121.
At time of submission, please submit the nonrefundable application processing fee: $5 for ESA members or $10 for nonmember per each registration. Please be sure to note in your comments which registration you are paying for when you submit your payment. If registration cannot be completed for ANY reason, NO REFUNDS of the processing fees will be issued.
****IMPORTANT****A PHOTOGRAPH of your new hybrid MUST be submitted to the registrar along with your registration form. At least one full frame photo of the flower from the front view must accompany the registration form. Additional photos from side angles as well as photos of the entire plant are appreciated.
SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FORM INDICATES YOUR ASSENT to photography release, and release of the ESA from any claims of copyright infringement, along with other specific indemnifications for use of submitted materials as delineated in the registration guidelines posted on this website.
